TerraSky Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President: Hideya Sato, hereinafter TerraSky) is looking for multiple executive candidates who will play a role in creating and further growing the next stage of the TerraSky Group. Candidates will be hired as executive officers and will work together with President Sato and the current management team to grow and accelerate TerraSky company-wide.
TerraSky was founded in 2006 as Japan's first cloud-only integrator. We constantly pursue value derived from advanced technology building off of our solid technological capabilities, and we continue to lead the cloud market as a top integrator.
We are expanding beyond the Salesforce integration business, with increasing operations across many areas including cloud product development, cloud monitoring, and integration using other public clouds such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure. We are also increasing our market by expanding overseas. Sales reached 1 billion yen in our 8th year (FY2014) and 11.1 billion yen in our most recent 15th year (FY2021), with sales increasing 10-fold in the last 7 years. Currently, we are focusing on strengthening TerraSky's business foundation and creating group synergies with our sights set on a new stage with sales of 100 billion yen.
At TerraSky, it is urgent that we develop human resources who can strongly realize company-wide innovation without being bound by existing business models in order to continue to grow the company even after achieving sales of 100 billion yen.
For this reason, in addition to considering the human resources within the TerraSky Group, we have decided to open a public recruitment system with outside candidates in search of excellent human resources who have experience contributing to the dynamic growth of a company through new business development, M & A, etc.
■Desired Characteristics / Experience
- Experience with P/L responsibility of an IT business (preferably across both sales and delivery)
- Knowledge and experience of new digital solutions
- In-depth technology industry knowledge, with experience collecting and analyzing information
- Global Experience
- Business management experience across multiple businesses
- Experience that contributed to the dynamic growth of a company through entrepreneurship, new business development, M & A, etc.
- Experience in business planning and strategy consulting
We are searching for someone with the above experience, who has the ability to create the organizational structure and culture necessary to promote company-wide innovation and innovative thinking, and who has a strong will and clear vision to achieve high goals with a sense of urgency.
